El Olam (the Everlasting God)

Daniel 2:20 (VOICE) Daniel: Praise the name of God forever and ever, for all wisdom and power belong to Him.

Beloved, I AM El Olam, the everlasting God. I AM sovereign, and I AM King. All power and authority rest in My hands. So who could you turn to for wisdom or understanding that would be more capable than I AM? No one, for there is none in heaven or on earth whose understanding exceeds Mine.

Seek Me. Focus on Me. Praise and give glory to Me. Do so not out of a sense of obligation, but simply as joyous overflow. From generation to generation I AM faithful, so simply rest in Me. Stay firmly rooted in your faith, for you know unquestionably who I AM. Look to Me, beloved, and watch Me move. Continue reading “El Olam (the Everlasting God)”

Keep Me in Your Midst

Matthew 18:20 (VOICE) For when two or three gather together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.

Beloved, be intentional to keep Me in your midst. For unity and harmony come much more smoothly when everyone is seeking to align with Me rather than their personal agendas. In the end, My Kingdom reigns eternal. That is where your attentions and efforts are best spent.

So choose to focus on Me. For though I move in power, I also move in humility. Power is not an arrogant assertion of one’s rights, but rather an inherent strength that simply is. In the same way true leaders draw followers to themselves whether they’re trying to or not, when you operate in true power, its manifestation will always make itself visible.

So choose to align with Me. Submit yourself in love and humility. Be a vessel of unity – intentionally cultivate harmony. Keep Me in your midst. Then watch as the fruit comes forth and you see My Kingdom increasingly manifesting on earth.

Worldly Judgment is Flawed

James 3:14 (NLT) But if you are bitterly jealous and there is selfish ambition in your heart, don’t cover up the truth with boasting and lying.

Beloved, resist the urge to “keep up with the Joneses,” or feel a need to put on a false front. Trust Me to lead you rightly and meet every need. Refuse to covet that which belongs to another. Instead rejoice with them, and be grateful for all you’ve been given.

There is no need to posture or lie to impress, for who would you seek to please above Me? Rather be singular in your focus. Keep your eyes and heart fixed on Me. Know that the world’s judgment is flawed, so refuse to curry its favor or seek its approval. I AM all you need. Continue reading “Worldly Judgment is Flawed”

Focus on the Things Ahead

Isaiah 43:18 (NIV) “Forget the former things; do not dwell on the past.

Beloved, put your focus on the things ahead. Resist the urge to get mired in the past. Yes, it is wise to learn from past mistakes, but refuse to get caught up in those momentary failures or allow them to mandate your present.

In the same way, refuse to allow the highs of past victories to distract you from moving forward. I take you from glory unto glory, so refuse to settle for less. Continue moving forward to new adventures and victories that I have awaiting you.

Yielded Vessel

Matthew 26:41 (AMP) Keep actively watching and praying that you may not come into temptation; the spirit is willing, but the body is weak.”

Beloved, refuse to allow weakness, distraction, or apathy to keep you from responding to My Spirit’s direction. Knowing that you are susceptible to distraction, be all the more alert for My gentle direction.

Regardless of the weakness of your flesh, those whose hearts are fixed on Me have willing spirits; therefore, you are more than able to stay ready to respond to My leading. So move past your acknowledgment of weakness, and rather focus on the strength that comes from Me. Then yield, and allow Me to move mightily through My yielded vessel.

My Kingdom is for Eternity

Revelation 22:3 (VOICE) No one or nothing will labor under any curse any longer. And the throne of God and of the Lamb will sit prominently in the city. God’s servants will continually serve and worship Him.

Beloved, the Kingdom of heaven is within, so allow My Kingdom to manifest on earth through you. Walk in the freedom that has been Blood-bought on your behalf, and refuse to live in bondage anymore.

My Kingdom supersedes that of this world, for My Kingdom is for eternity. Refuse to allow this temporary, natural realm to mandate your life and beliefs simply because you’ve been taught to focus on it.

Instead focus your gaze on Me and fix your heart on the things of Me. Walk in the truth of My Word. Allow the supernatural to become natural. And bring heaven to earth.

Luke 17:21 (NKJV) “nor will they say, ‘See here!’ or ‘See there!’ For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

Stand Ready

Psalm 45:3 (NASB) Gird Your sword on Your thigh, O Mighty One, In Your splendor and Your majesty!

Beloved, stand ready. Be prepared to fight at My command. You do not war against flesh and blood, but against supernatural powers that would move against you and against My Kingdom. But do not be afraid, for I have overcome the wicked one.

Beloved, none can stand against Me. As My children stand with Me, they are aligned and prepared for victory. For I AM the victorious One. So stand. Resist the devil and all his efforts to move you. Stand in faith – unwavering. Stand with Me.  Continue reading “Stand Ready”

Look Closely

Revelation 5:5 (AMP) Then one of the [twenty-four] elders said to me, “Stop weeping! Look closely, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the Root of David, has overcome and conquered! He can open the scroll and [break] its seven seals.”

Beloved, look closely and see with spiritual eyes. Resist the urge to allow things in the natural to influence your foundational core. You know who I AM, so what have you to fear? You know who I AM, so why should you worry?

I AM the victorious One. My Kingdom is everlasting. No earthly situation will change that outcome. So remember that if human life is simply a wisp – a vapor, and each human circumstance is merely a tiny fraction of that vapor – so slight and fleeting.

So be sure to keep the circumstances of the day right-sized. Refuse to allow them to overwhelm or intimidate you. For regardless of the situation, I AM bigger. And regardless of the opposition you face, I AM stronger. So have faith in Me, and watch with spiritual eyes as I move in your life.

Be Strong and Courageous

Joshua 1:9 (VOICE) This is My command: be strong and courageous. Never be afraid or discouraged because I am your God, the Eternal One, and I will remain with you wherever you go.

Beloved, be at peace. Rest in the knowledge that I AM your God. I AM the Eternal One, and I AM always with you. Where can you go from My presence? What can you do to alienate the Lover of your soul? Not a thing, for I AM wholly steadfast, so rest in Me.

So, beloved, be strong and courageous, and face down your fears. Stir up your strength and walk forth boldly. You have been prepared for this moment, and I will not leave you helpless. Look forward with anticipation for what I will bring and what you will learn. Indeed, embrace the journey.

Heart Treasures

Matthew 6:21 (TPT) For your heart will always pursue what you value as your treasure.

Beloved, look at where you spend your time, energy, and resources, for that is what you treasure. And though it’s easy to try to deceive yourself about your focus, those things don’t lie. Allow them to reveal truth.

If you find your focus is spent on temporal things, resist the urge to be hard on yourself and simply readjust your focus. Often pursuing the things of the Kingdom is a thankless job. But remember that I see you, and let that be enough. May your heart treasure that which I hold dear. Continue reading “Heart Treasures”
