Act with Care and Wisdom

Proverbs 3:2 (VOICE) If you do, they will be your guide to a long, healthy, prosperous life.

Beloved, My Word sustains you, for it brings forth life. If you would walk in blessing, it is wise to choose that which brings forth blessing. For you cannot sow one type of seed and then expect to bring forth another type of harvest.

Be intentional to choose that which brings forth blessing, and to eschew things that which bring forth curses. For negative outcomes of bad choices are not a punishment from Me, they are simply consequences. So walk wisely. Act with care and wisdom that you might prosper and live a long and beautiful life.

Proverbs 3:1-4 (VOICE) My son, always remember what I have taught you; keep my instructions dear to your heart. If you do, they will be your guide to a long, healthy, prosperous life. Stay focused; do not lose sight of mercy and truth; engrave them on a pendant, and hang it around your neck; meditate on them so they are written upon your heart. In this way, you will win the favor of God and others, and they will think well of you.

Learn and Implement

Proverbs 3:1 (VOICE) My son, always remember what I have taught you; keep my instructions dear to your heart.

Beloved, one who is wise seeks knowledge and understanding. They listen when they are taught. But they do not only listen, they also learn. And then they implement what they have learned. For of what use is the understanding of something that is never applied? That kind of knowledge puffs up. It is of no true value.

Listen, and learn well. Then as you seek to understand, be intentional to apply it to yourself. For My Spirit is fully able to lead you to truth in the perfect timing I have for you. So walk in wisdom, and apply it with understanding.

Live from a Place of Expectation

John 14:12 (NET) I tell you the solemn truth, the person who believes in me will perform the miraculous deeds that I am doing, and will perform greater deeds than these, because I am going to the Father.

Beloved, live from a place of expectation. You know who I AM, so refuse to marginalize what I’m capable of by expecting little. Allow your faith to expand. Encourage your hope to flourish. Remember that those who wait on Me will not be put to shame.

I AM who I AM, and I AM greater than you can begin to comprehend. You know that I see things differently than you, and I move in unexpected ways, but I always move. I AM good and I AM faithful, so wait on Me.

Love Yourself

Mark 12:31 (TPT) And the second is this: ‘You must love your neighbor  in the same way you love yourself.’ You will never find a greater commandment than these.”

Beloved, in order to effectively love others, you must first love yourself. For if your heart is filled with judgment and criticism for yourself that cannot help but spill out onto others. Therefore, you must instead choose a different way.

Reflect My heart not simply towards others, but also towards yourself. For if I saturate you in My unconditional love, who are you to determine yourself unloveable? So decide in your heart to love yourself – and do so well, and then from that place of joyous stability, may you overflow love towards others too.

I Choose {Moments with God}

{Acknowledging truth to God} If I am fearfully and wonderfully made, You are not shocked by my weaknesses or failures. You aren’t wondering where You went wrong or wishing You’d made me differently. You have created me for Your own good purpose. Areas of perceived weakness and all. You have accepted me. So how can I do anything less for myself? Who am I to criticize Your handiwork? You created me with full knowledge of the plans You had in store. You created me and prepared me accordingly. So who am I to sit in judgment of what You deemed good? Of who You consider prepared?

{Declaring} I will yield to Your wisdom, and trust in Your judgment – believe what You say is true. So if You say I’m lovely, and You say I’m chosen, I’ve determined to agree with You. I trust You to lead me, and have faith in Your plans – I know You to be wise and true. So wherever You call me and whatever You ask of me – that’s what I’m planning to do. I choose to believe. I choose to trust. I choose to yield. So be glorified and lifted high – may I be known for being like You.

Psalm 139:14 (TPT) I thank you, God, for making me so mysteriously complex! Everything you do is marvelously breathtaking. It simply amazes me to think about it! How thoroughly you know me, Lord!

Shine Without Hesitation

Psalm 125:5 (AMP) But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways [in unresponsiveness to God], The Lord will lead them away with those who do evil. Peace be upon Israel.

Beloved, you have been set apart. Chosen. Anointed and appointed. Refuse to compromise who you are for the sake of fitting in, or try to lessen or change yourself to make others feel less threatened by the light you reflect.

Shine without hesitation. Shine without apology. Shine because you are reflecting the light of My countenance and bringing Me glory. May your fruit be sweet – may it be the fruit of My Spirit. Be bold and be beautiful, for that is how I created you to be.

Psalm 125:1-5 (AMP) Those who trust in and rely on the Lord [with confident expectation] Are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but remains forever. As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the Lord surrounds His people From this time forth and forever. For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not reach out their hands to do wrong. Do good, O Lord, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts. But as for those who turn aside to their crooked ways [in unresponsiveness to God], The Lord will lead them away with those who do evil. Peace be upon Israel.

I AM with You Through It All

Psalm 125:4 (AMP) Do good, O Lord, to those who are good And to those who are upright in their hearts..

Beloved, actions have consequences. I would be a poor father if I encouraged disobedience by positively reinforcing it with blessing. However, I’m not one who is cruel or vindictive. So resist the urge to see Me as such when experiencing moments of trial.

I delight to bless My children, so if you find yourself in the fires of testing, trust that I AM with you even in their midst. Whether the situation is one of your own making or simply an opportunity for growth, your response to the experience determines the fruit that will come forth.

Even in the most difficult trials, there is blessing to be had. Thus you are to count them all joy (James 1:2), and embrace the opportunities to grow your character when they come knowing you will not be shaken as you rest in Me, for I AM with you through it all.

Wisdom of Truth

Psalm 125:3 (AMP) For the scepter of wickedness shall not rest on the land of the righteous, So that the righteous will not reach out their hands to do wrong.

Beloved, resist the urge to cave to unrighteous ways simply because the world has seen fit to normalize them. My Word is a clear standard of measure – not so that you judge others, but so that you might rightly judge your own thoughts and actions. Use its wisdom to choose your path carefully.

My Word is a lamp unto your feet and a light unto your path (Psalm 119:105). Would you choose to stumble in darkness when light is available for you? In the same way, rather than having your behavior mandated by the ever-changing whims of the world, be steadfastly rooted in Me and choose your path based on the wisdom of Truth.

Psalm 125:1-5 (AMP) Those who trust in and rely on the Lord [with confident expectation] Are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but remains forever. Your Heart is Safe with Me {Moments with God}

Psalm 125:2 (AMP) As the mountains surround Jerusalem, So the Lord surrounds His people From this time forth and forever.

{Speaking to God} You are my shield, so I rest safely in Your presence. For I know that You are steadfast, so I know I can be fully at ease and rest in You. You remain the same – yesterday, today, and forever. You are my rock. You are perfect. You are true.

{He whispers back} You’re worth protecting. You are precious to Me. My eye is ever on you – not one thing goes unseen. Whenever you reach for Me, I’m always by your side. I will ever love you and My love will never die. So rest assured and dwell in peace, for your heart is safe with Me.

Firmly Grounded and Secure

Psalm 125:1 (AMP) Those who trust in and rely on the Lord [with confident expectation] Are like Mount Zion, which cannot be moved but remains forever.

Beloved, may your footing be sure and steadfast as you put your hope in Me, for I AM as secure as bedrock and more reliable than the North Star. So when you flow in faith with confident expectation, you find yourself firmly grounded and secure.

Many choose to put their faith in men or rely upon themselves, but to do so is the same as building on shifting sands. Only I AM unchanging, and only I AM fully true. So trust then in My goodness. For if you rest yourself in Me, you’re safely held.
