Soak in the Sound of Heaven

1 Samuel 16:23 (JUB) And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took a harp and played with his hand; so Saul was refreshed and was better, and the evil spirit departed from him.

Beloved, soak in the sound of heaven, for it brings peace. The enemy hates that sound. What soothes and ministers to My children offends the ears of those who hate Me. So stay in My flow. Bask in it.

Use your hands and mouth and whole body as a vessel for My songs to pour through. Make a joyful noise. Shift the atmosphere. Hold nothing back, and resist the urge to be caught up in skill level or lack thereof. Instead focus on what I look at: the heart.

Keep the Flame on the Altar of Your Heart Burning

Leviticus 6:13 (JUB) The fire shall burn continuously upon the altar; it shall not be put out.

Beloved, there’s no wrong time to worship Me. When you’re feeling overwhelming gratitude, it’s the right time. When you’re overcome with sorrow, it’s the right time. When trials press in on all sides, it’s the right time. It’s always the right time.

Be intentional to let nothing steal your praise. Make time to lavish Me with your affections, and let Me do so in return. Keep the flame on the altar of your heart continuously burning – may it never go out.

Unrelenting Heartfelt Pursuit

Psalm 63:1 (TPT) O God of my life, I’m lovesick for you in this weary wilderness. I thirst with the deepest longings to love you more, with cravings in my heart that can’t be described. Such yearning grips my soul for you, my God!

Beloved, be tenacious in your pursuit of Me. Be relentless in the chase. Have no worries, I’ll most certainly allow Myself to be caught, but I enjoy the efforts put forth in the pursuit.

So let your actions declare Me worthy of the efforts. Let your actions align with the words recited in song. Saying I AM worthy isn’t enough, beloved, show those sentiments to be true through your actions: unrelenting heartfelt pursuit.  Continue reading “Unrelenting Heartfelt Pursuit”

Adon Olam (Master of the World/Sovereign of the Universe)

Matthew 6:13 (KJV) …For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.

Beloved, see Me for who I AM: Lord of all, Adon Olam – the Master of the World, Sovereign of the Universe – and I AM the ultimate authority. See Me as I AM, for in doing so your faith will rise. And allow that faith to increase your understanding that truly nothing is too difficult for Me.

So declare the truth of who I AM and bring praise to My holy name. Give honor to Me, beloved, and watch how I move. See My power on display. Have eyes to see the miracles both great and small. I AM able to do abundantly above all you can ask or think, for I AM God. Continue reading “Adon Olam (Master of the World/Sovereign of the Universe)”

Song of Joy

Psalm 57:8 (TPT) Awake, O my soul, with the music of his splendor-song! Arise, my soul, and sing his praises! My worship will awaken the dawn, greeting the daybreak with my songs of light!

Beloved, may your song burst forth like the glory of the new day – bringing light and life to all around you. May it shift the atmosphere and bring heaven to earth. And may the song of joy resonate in the hearts of men.

Bring glory and honor unto My name, beloved. Refuse to hold back. Release your sound of joy. And in glorious splendor exalt Me with bold, uninhibited soul-awakening, spirit-stirring song.

Treasured Gift

Psalm 149:3-4 (VOICE) So let the music begin; praise His name—dance and sing to the rhythm of the tambourine, and to the tune of the harp. For the Eternal is listening, and nothing pleases Him more than His people…

Beloved, your worship brings Me such pleasure – it is a treasured gift to Me. When you pour forth your praise with unreserved abandon from a heart filled with gratitude it is precious to Me – like a sweet, fragrant offering before My throne.

So hold nothing back and bring forth your sound. Lay it all out for My glory because I AM worthy. Let the cadence you set be in harmony with the heartbeat of heaven. Holy! Holy! Holy! Rejoice for I AM your God!

Dance of Sweet Intimacy

Psalm 63:4 (TPT) Daily I will worship you passionately and with all my heart. My arms will wave to you like banners of praise.

Beloved, lift up your arms as banners of praise. Give a wave offering unto Me. Hold nothing back. Pour yourself out like a drink offering – precious and sweet – before My throne of grace, holy unto Me.

Press in, beloved. Come in closer. There is more for you here. So much more of Me for you to know. This is the dance of sweet intimacy as I draw you forever nearer. Come deeper into My heart, beloved, for it is ever true.

Find the Truth in My Gaze

Proverbs 16:6 (TPT) You can avoid evil through surrendered worship and the fear of God, for the power of his faithful love removes sin’s guilt and grip over you.

Beloved, not only is your praise a mighty weapon, but it is a fearsome shield as well. It keeps your attentions focused on that which is good and true, and protects you from the enemy’s diversions. A besotted bride is not tempted by another, for her gaze is too well-fixed on the one she holds so dear.

And, as this bride rests in the adoration of her beloved, she is not thinking of all the ways she’s missed the mark or all her personal shortcomings, for her reality is painted by his perception – that of his pure and spotless bride. In the same way, beloved, find your truth in My gaze.

Praise-Filled Warrior

Psalm 149:3-4 (TPT) Break forth with dancing! Make music and sing God’s praises with the rhythm of drums! For he enjoys his faithful lovers. He adorns the humble with his beauty and he loves to give them the victory.

Beloved, rejoice and be glad for I AM good. I crown you with righteousness and cloak you in mercy. Declare My faithfulness in all the land. Sing praise to the One who is worthy – the One who loves you beyond comprehension. Sing the song of one who is deeply loved, for you are.

Dance, beloved. Dance with joy as one who has been redeemed and set free. Give yourself as a joyous wave offering before your King. Rejoice, beloved. Be a praise-filled warrior with eyes firmly fixed on Me.

Cast Your Crown

Revelation 4:10-11 (AMP) the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne, and they worship Him who lives forever and ever; and they throw down their crowns before the throne, saying, “Worthy are You, our Lord and God, to receive the glory and the honor and the power; for You created all things, and because of Your will they exist, and were created and brought into being.”

Beloved, what will you do with the honors given you? What will you do with the blessings I put into your hands? Will you use them to build your own kingdom? Or will you willingly and joyously choose to lay them at My feet.

Beloved, cast your crown before Me. Choose Me as the most valuable and precious gift of all. Find Me worthy and spend your life yielded and poured out before Me. For I AM faithful and true, worthy and steadfast – I AM the loving, righteous God. Worship Me.  Continue reading “Cast Your Crown”
