Unstoppable Force

Ecclesiastes 4:12 (VOICE) And if one person is vulnerable to attack, two can drive the attacker away. As the saying goes, “A rope made of three strands is not quickly broken.”

Beloved, cherish My divine connections for you. Just as trees lock their roots together to strengthen one another against the storms that inevitably come, so you should interweave your life with those I have connected you with that you might strengthen one another’s faith, building one another up that you might withstand the trials that come your way.

Hold fast to each other with Me at the center. Bear with one another in love, and extend grace to each other in weaknesses. Strengthen and encourage one another. Refuse to mandate personal agendas, instead choosing to align with Me and in doing so aligning with each other in perfect harmony. Be an unstoppable force – a beautiful reflection of Me. Singular Focus and Unwavering Devotion

Isaiah 43:18-19 (VOICE) Eternal One: Don’t revel only in the past, or spend all your time recounting the victories of days gone by…

Beloved, refuse to get stuck in the past or look back with longing like Lot’s wife (Genesis 19:26); rather look ahead with joyful expectation for what I have in store. Behold, the best is yet to come, so it is time to ready your heart and mind to receive it.

Resist the urge to waver in your focus. You cannot move in more than one direction at a time and attempting to do so simply leads you in zigzags and circles that waste your time and energy. Emanate Light

Matthew 5:16 (VOICE) You are like that illuminating light. Let your light shine everywhere you go, that you may illumine creation, so men and women everywhere may see your good actions, may see creation at its fullest, may see your devotion to Me , and may turn and praise your Father in heaven because of it.

Beloved, you are My ambassador, a representative of Me. Choose your actions accordingly for the world will know Me through you. May you walk in mercy. May you extend much grace. And may you saturate those around you with love. May you walk in humility and give compassion without reserve.

These fruits of My Spirit on display are a bright light slicing through the darkness surrounding you. The actions speak louder than any words could – penetrating even the hardest of hearts. So emanate light, beloved. Throw it forth liberally and without reserve that the world might see and know I AM good.

Embrace Trials

Isaiah 43:2 (TLB) When you go through deep waters and great trouble, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown! When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up—the flames will not consume you.

Beloved, embrace the trials you encounter, knowing I have allowed them for your good. Just as building muscle in weight training requires repetition and increased opposition (weight), repeated trials give opportunity for you to grow strong and build your faith.

The question becomes will you embrace the growing and refining process with joy? Or will you complain throughout the process? Be aware that having joy in the midst is part of what successful maturation looks like. So choose wisely and choose well.

Embrace trials for the character building opportunities they are. Trust that I will never give you more than you can handle with Me at your side. Let your light shine and your character be matured. Lead by example, and demonstrate your trust in Me as you yield to the development plan I set before you by walking it out with joy.

Closer Still

Psalm 55:1 (TPT) God, listen to my prayer! Don’t hide your heart from me when I cry out to you!

Beloved, I hear you. Your heart and thoughts are precious to Me. You don’t need to fight for My attention, you have it. My gaze is fixed on you. I can’t get enough. What matters to you, matters to Me.

So cry out knowing I AM listening. Cry out knowing I AM there with you. Pour out your thoughts and fears, your heart and tears, I want it all – the fullness of you.

Then listen, beloved, for My whispered words as I share My heart with you. As you give Me your heart, I hold Mine there for you beckoning you closer still. So come, beloved, come. Closer still.

Command the Storm

Matthew 8:26 (VOICE) …Jesus got up, told the wind and the waves to calm down, and they did. The sea became still and calm once again.

Beloved, command the storm. You have been called to do greater things, so refuse to be intimidated by what you see in the flesh. Instead walk in the authority you have been given and trust Me to move.

I AM faithful. I AM true. I AM mighty and you are made in My image. Refuse to be silent. Refuse to be impressed by chaos surrounding you, and instead usher in the peace you have been given. Command the storm to be still, beloved, then wait and watch Me move.

Be Mindful What Your Actions Communicate

Numbers 20:12 (AMP) But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you have not believed (trusted) Me, to treat Me as holy in the sight of the sons of Israel, you therefore shall not bring this assembly into the land which I have given them.”

Beloved, it is not enough to say you trust Me. When you insist you understand each thing I ask of you, you demonstrate your lack of trust. When you do things how we’ve done before rather than how I’ve instructed for this time, you show a lack of trust. And when you cherry pick which of My instructions you will adhere to, you communicate loudly that you trust yourself more and place your own judgment above My own. Conditional trust is not trust.

Beloved, check your actions to be certain they align with what you desire to communicate. Because habitually choosing your own judgment over Mine not only tells Me you don’t trust Me (as well as communicating that clearly to those around you), but it also demonstrates that you do not love Me as you say you do. Love trusts. Love obeys. Love listens.

So be mindful what you’re actions are communicating, be certain they align with what you’re hoping to express. And in the moments they fall short, repent and adjust your behavior accordingly. Beloved, the wise and mature choose to yield to the direction of My Spirit, while the headstrong and shortsighted insist on being tossed too and fro by the whims of the flesh. Choose wisely by which you will be led.

Resist the urge to react to fleshly urges rooted in pride or greed, and refuse to succumb to self-serving patterns of behavior, instead choosing the good of My Kingdom above all. Love Without Restraint

Proverbs 6:16-19 (VOICE) Take note, there are six things the Eternal hates; no, make it seven He abhors: …A heart that conceives evil plans…

Beloved, align your heart and your intentions with good. Refuse to be tempted to wish for evil to befall on anyone and instead pray for blessings and My presence in their lives. If you obey My word by praying for those who hurt you and spitefully use you, would you be double-minded and moments later be hoping for evil retribution to fall? Of course not.

Choose to trust Me wholeheartedly, knowing My judgment is righteous. Trust Me to know how to handle others and instead focus on cultivating a good and loving heart that aligns with Mine. Focus on that which is good, perfect, and true, and love without restraint.

Offer Life-Changing Love

Matthew 5:43-48 (TPT) …For that will reveal your identity as children of your heavenly Father. He is kind to all by bringing the sunrise to warm and rainfall to refresh whether a person does what is good or evil…

Beloved, determine how you intend to love, and do so without judgment or condition, for I bring rain and sunshine over all without distinction and My salvation is a gift to any who would receive. Love can change even the hardest heart.

If no one loves the unlovable, how can we hope they will ever change? If no one shows them anything different to what they are accustomed, they’ll never believe there truly is another way to live.
